From my first phone call to the last call to pick up the dumpster, Susan could not have been more accommodating. Excellent customer service. They delivered on the day I called, carefully placed the dumpster on wooden blocks in my driveway, exactly where I wanted it, and showed me how to operate the doors. The fact that one could walk right in was invaluable, since I had many very heavy items that would have been too difficult to lift up 6 feet to toss over the top. Best investment I made to clean out household items prior to moving.

This company is FANTASTIC!!! I was recently doing business in Raleigh and called Susan for a "possible" dumpster need the following day. They were the ONLY local provider that would actually GUARANTEE next day delivery however, my call was merely an inquiry initially. Susan followed up the following morning when she hadn't heard from me - I was informed by the store they were in good shape and wouldn't need an EXTRA dumpster so I told Susan I was okay. 2 hours later I phoned her, in a panic, that our deadline was getting closer and the store wasn't as prepared as I had been told. In less than 45 minutes she had the dumpster at the store. Not only did they promise what the others wouldn't, they delivered and allowed the store to clean out on time. The gray hairs they saved were also a blessing!
